Previous experience in Ashtanga Yoga (either a beginners course, o attending a few classes) is recommended, but not necessary. We do a quick repeat of the basic concepts during the first session, such as breathing technique, bandhas, dristi, vinyasa, and such.

This course is designed to give you the foundation for Ashtanga Yoga half primary series over 8 weeks. When practiced regularly, this practice gives vibrant health and a strong body, mind and breath awareness.

Our first session is longer, starting at 19.00, and includes an introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga Method of practice.
